As Lead Visual Designer at Sib3ria, part of the Barrabés Group, I built and led an interaction design team focused on web and app development. My role encompassed overseeing design proposals, managing the team, and preparing submissions for competitive tenders.
Problem
Sib3ria needed a structured, high-performing interaction design team to elevate its digital presence and compete in high-level projects. The challenge was to establish a solid design workflow, ensure consistency in digital products, and create winning proposals for competitive bids. Without a dedicated team, the company lacked the cohesion and expertise necessary to execute high-quality web and app designs efficiently.
Solution
I took on the role of Lead Visual Designer, assembling and managing a team specialized in interaction design. My work involved overseeing all design proposals, ensuring alignment with best practices in UX/UI, and refining the visual identity of digital products. Additionally, I played a key role in preparing compelling, strategic proposals for competitions, strengthening Sib3ria’s positioning in the industry. By implementing a structured workflow and fostering collaboration, we elevated the company’s design standards and improved project execution across web and app initiatives.
