Problem
Sib3ria needed a structured, high-performing interaction design team to elevate its digital presence and compete in high-level projects. The challenge was to establish a solid design workflow, ensure consistency in digital products, and create winning proposals for competitive bids. Without a dedicated team, the company lacked the cohesion and expertise necessary to execute high-quality web and app designs efficiently.
