Over nearly four years, I contributed to the company’s rapid growth, scaling from 50 to over 200 employees. I worked with major brands like BBVA, Entradas.com, El Corte Inglés, Grupo Cortefiel, Occidental Hoteles, and Parques Reunidos, modernizing design processes and helping scale the team.
Problem
As The Cocktail rapidly expanded, the challenge was to maintain high-quality design output while integrating new talent and optimizing workflows. With an increasing number of large clients and complex projects, the need for scalable, efficient design processes became critical. Additionally, the team required better tools and methodologies to streamline collaboration and improve productivity.
