A social media intelligence startup that interprets online conversations to understand the emotional response of audiences. I joined the company to establish its design department, create a new brand identity, and redesign all existing applications with a focus on branding and user experience.
Problem
When I joined Sentisis, the company lacked a dedicated design department, which led to inconsistencies in branding, user experience, and product cohesion. The existing applications needed a complete overhaul to align with a strong brand vision while ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience. Additionally, the company required a clear, recognizable identity to establish itself as a leader in social media analytics.
