Problem

When I joined Sentisis, the company lacked a dedicated design department, which led to inconsistencies in branding, user experience, and product cohesion. The existing applications needed a complete overhaul to align with a strong brand vision while ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience. Additionally, the company required a clear, recognizable identity to establish itself as a leader in social media analytics.

Solution

I built the design department from scratch, defining a unified brand identity that reflected Sentisis’ mission and vision. A complete redesign of all applications was undertaken, prioritizing usability, consistency, and a refined user experience. By integrating branding and UX principles, we transformed Sentisis into a more cohesive and recognizable platform. This allowed the company to strengthen its positioning in the market, enhancing user trust and engagement while delivering clearer, more actionable insights into social media conversations.
